Inspector Andre Clouet is the chief Interpol agent assigned to Crystal Palace. Despite being assigned there only recently, he has quickly made a name for himself as being very good at spotting potential troublemakers. He has a constantly polite demeanor, that sometimes causes his adversaries to underestimate him. Despite his pleasant personality, he can be very tenacious and obsessive about hunting down criminals who threaten the safety of the Palace.
