Elizabeth Schell is the Senior Public Relations Officer for the Night City office of Petrochem. She has been known to lie to and manipulate the media, scapegoat fellow employees and even order the death of a few innocent bystanders if it means covering up a Petrochem disaster, such as during the hydroflouric acid leak in the harbor.
