Hand is a fixer who specializes in getting corporates in touch with edge runners. When a corporation needs to outsource some diry work, Hand is the guy who sets it up. His name comes from the cybernetic limb that replaces his right arm that he lost in Miami. The new arm is bright chrome with neon accents, and stores a few “surprises” as he calls them.
