Hing Wu was a cybernetics re-seller based out of China-Town. His products were never new, pretty, or all that reliable, but he stood behind his work. Being a discount re-seller, his profits were low. This made him vulnerable to easy money schemes. One involving the Berlin theft ended tragically when a World Genetics hit team tortured and killed Hing Wu.
