Julie is one of the members of the booster gang the O-Zoners, although she is now literally one half of it, as only she and one other member remains. She was never the leader of the gang, but was one its most respected members, and often acted as the spokesman with dealing with non-gang members, as she had far more social graces than her fellow gang members. She is a person friend of Ripper’s.
