Mr. Mumbasa, (first name unknown), is a former ESA security agent, who worked on their moon base during the construction of the ESA’s mass driver. He has since gone on to be an independent contractor, teaching low-G and zero-G operations and tactics. He is a permanent resident at the Crystal Palace.
