Tokyo Rose is the owner and operator of a brothel that operates on the edge of the Combat Zone. The brothel, which shares the same name, is surprisingly well kept considering the neighborhood it calls home. Rose spends a lot of money on armed muscle to keep the rabble outside from coming in, and the clientele inside from getting out of hand. Corporate types are willing to make the trip since it gets them as far from prying eyes as possible.
