Little is known about this Arasaka employee other than he was the one in contact with Diego Entrada regarding taking custody of the PCs to be used as lab rats. The team later learned that he worked under Burton Chambers. Unfortunately, he committed suicide right after taking the blame for an incident that could have put his boss in the hot seat.
