Fast Eddie’s Pool Hall was once a happening place where the best cue jockeys would come to compete. As the neighborhood declined, it became more of a hang out for people who did not want to be seen. When the neighborhood continued to decline it became a hang out for almost nobody. Today, the place barely cover’s its dirt cheap rent, and only Fast Eddie himself and some of his old buddies can be found there. The tables are in rough shape, and the selection at the bar is sparse, but conversation is always in abundant supply.
