Hawkeye is a cybernetics design company based out of Washington DC. They specialize in neural-ware implants. They had a clandestine operation in Night City in which they were running human trials on some experimental boosterware. They implanted the tech in cage fighters that fought in an arena beneath a night club called Block One. The tech had some unfortunate side effects, but the operation was shut down when prototypes of the boosterware were stolen.
