The O-Zoners are a booster gang that have fallen on hard times. They had already been squeezed by other gangs, pushing in on their territory on all sides. In a desperate attempt to have a big score to fund some recruiting and weapons upgrades, they hit a corporate convoy that ended up being a trap. Only two members of the gang survived, Julie Electra and Chain, the gangs former member. The gang exists as little more than a name at this point.
