At the center of the Combat Zone, a war rages between two gangs for the last several years. The Klash and the Razor Boys having been fighting over a four block section of turf for so long, no one remembers why any more.

Razor Boys, led by a man named Ice, has hit some cash flow problems as of late. As a result, they are low on ammunition and reliable weapons. This has caused them to scale back their defenses which in turn has resulted in them losing ground to the Klash. Ice is looking for a job that could score the gang some money so that they can rearm.
