The Garbage Pail is a solo bar that only crazy solos and people who think its cool to hang out at a place where only crazy solos hang out, go to. It has a long narrow shape, with the bar running along one long edge. Armored glass separates the stage on one end where a variety of metal acts can be found playing.

The floor is strewn with trash, and not always the clean, dry kind. The patrons assume that they are free to throw whatever they want on the floor, and more than one body part has been found rotting under a table.
