They are usually easy to identify as they tend to equip themselves with biggest and ugliest cyber-weapons they can get their hands on. A favorite it the retractable chainsaw blade, which not only looks nasty, but is quite messy, which is how the Wire Cult likes it. Prisoners are oftened forced to participate in to-the-death pitfights, which is also how they settle internal desputes and compete for leadership positions within the gang.
