Dog Tag is a hacker whose last known residence was aboard the Crystal Palace. He lived there under the identity of Chris Hackabout. He has since gone into hiding however after he took a job from World Genetics to steal a file called Berlin from Biotechnica. The theft went okay, but World Genetics betrayed everyone involved in the theft and had them all killed. Dog Tag was one of the few loose ends on their hit list, but he was saved by the edge runner team.
