Berlin is the code name for a nanotechnology weapon developed by Biotechnica. Once injected into the target it infects the victim’s muscle tissue and remains dormant. The nanites can be activated by a remote RF signal. Once active, the nanites shut down the body’s ability to flush lactic acid from the body. As the lactic acid builds the victim suffers intense soreness that quickly turns into cramps. Muscles begin to seize throughout the body until finally the heart seizes up and the victim dies of a heart attack.
