H454 is a combat enhancing chemical capable of boosting reflexes and sensory perception. Its manufacturer is unknown. It is also not a completed project. Three canisters of the substance were produced on an orbital work shack, but two were destroyed when the canisters were returned to earth.

The drug is currently in a liquid form when under pressure, but converts to an aerosal when released. When administered in proper doses to an unaugmented person, to seems to work as designed. Higher doses cause extreme paranoia and uncontrolled fits of rage. Furthermore, subjects who have bioimplants, or nano-augmentation seem to have unpredictable reactions to the drug.
