The Mediterranean is a former hotel that was once rather regal in the early days of Night City. Now it is a run down drug den in the middle of Wire Cult territory. Most of the denizens spend their time in a drug-induced haze. They would be easy victims for the Wire Cult, who for some reason choose to leave them alone. Perhaps it is the complete lack of challenge.
