Pocket Fluff Advertising originally a division of Turner Broadcasting before being bought by two Brothers: Tom and William Davis who turned it into a successful advertising business. They have offices in Night City, Seattle, New York, London, and Amsterdam. They have roughly 6,500 employees worldwide. Tom Davis was murdered in a plot by Arasaka to gain ownership of the company.
