The Spikes were a booster gang operating in the southeastern section of the Combat Zone. They were wiped out by their rivals the Wire Cult when they were targeted for elimination for unknown reasons. First their leaded Laugher was assassinated, then before they gang could establish new leadership, the Wire Cult made their move and slaughtered them. The Wire Cult was receiving help and information from a fixer named Violet.
